Fulfillment and Shipping
Order fulfillment is done from our production facilities in Thailand. We process orders within 1 business day (24 hours) once they are received. Normally, we will ship orders on the same day that they are processed. For example, an order placed on Monday will be processed, packaged and given to the designated shipper by Tuesday. We ship all items through the Thai Postal Service. The Thai Postal Service provides international shipping which is fast, reliable, and most importantly affordable. Please visit the Thailand Post website for more information regarding their shipping services.
Shipping options
We provide two options for shipping
Free Registered Priority Airmail
- This is our standard method of shipping available for all our customers at no additional cost.
- Shipping duration is 5 to 12 business days delivery timeframe.
- Your package is registered and you will receive a tracking number which can be used to locate the whereabouts of your package.
Currently the Thailand Post tracking page can only track until the Thai border (The international airport is SUVARNABHUMI MAIL CENTRE) because the international registered airmail tracking program is still in beta. Once the package has left Thailand you can still track the shipment by calling Thailand Post customer service at +66 2-831-3600 to request the full status.
For several countries of destination such as Hongkong, United States, Canada, India (Speed Post Tracking), Norway, Denmark or Sweden it is possible to track the package thru their national postal carrier tracking website. For this the package must arrive in the country of destination first. - Thailand Post is a member of the Universal Postal Union since 1885 and has been awarded a certification diplomas for their good management of quality of service in 2010.
Express Mail Service (EMS)
- Available for all our customers who require express delivery for an additional charge of 19.75 EUR
- The average delivery timeframe for packages sent through EMS is 3-6 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your package online end to end all the way to the destination country.
- EMS cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, These orders will be shipped using registered airmail instead.
